At Cygnet Call Centre, we recognise the necessity for
maintaining the highest standards possible, and to maintain said standards without compromise. We understand
that in order to provide this standard it is not enough simply to work FOR our clients, but to BECOME our
clients; to view each new situation as a challenge to be resolved, and to address every query or problem we are
presented with as if it were our own.
Cygnet Call Centre – Company History
Cygnet Call Centre was founded in 2000. Our directors
believed, having over forty years cumulative experience within the field of outsourced call handling, that it
was time to strike out alone and offer a new service. A service that would be specifically tailored to
individual business requirements. A service that would not compromise its standards of efficiency and
professionalism. A service that would operate all day, every day of the year.
Since its inception our company has gone from strength to strength. Over the last year our
client base has increased exponentially, and we have trebled the number of staff we employ to ensure our
standards of service have never faltered
