Maindec Computer Solutions is a major solutions provider in the I.T sector and have used Cygnet call centre for over 4 years. Maindec, a company of 25 years standing, provides high-level support for Mini and Mainframe computer systems. Typically,
Maindec is supporting customers with a range of highly critical operations based on Sun, HP, IBM and Compaq systems located within and outside the United Kingdom.

Our operation requires that we respond to customers system failures within 1 hour in some instances. This requires a Call logging centre that is available 24 hours 7 days a week with efficient call logging systems and personnel who understand the industry that they are working in.

Over Maindec’s history we have used various call logging centres to provide this service to us with varying degrees of success. We have found that the bigger the operation the more likely the call handling operation does not listen to the customers requirements and needs.

Cygnet have always gone the extra mile to ensure that Maindec receive the correct information in a timely manner. Maindec’s business successes would have suffered if this critical service was not efficient and professional.
